NTF Intergroup (Thailand) Public company limited was established on September 14, 2020, by Mr. Wichai Siramanakul (Tee) and Mr. Isara Phuwawichianchai (Nan)

NTFG was founded in 2020 by two Thai entrepreneurs, Mr. Wichai Siramanakul (Tee) and Mr. Isara Phuwawichianchai (Nan),

with a clear vision to transform and elevate Thai agriculture to meet international industrial standards through innovation. With strong expertise in fresh fruit exports and strategic business management, the founders have driven NTFG’s steady growth and built lasting trust with global customers.

2020
  • NTFG was officially established with a registered capital of 50,000,000 THB on September 14, 2020, to operate in the production and export of fruits. The first fruit exported to China was fresh longan.
2021
  • Increased registered capital to 10,000,000 baht on October 27, 2021
  • Started exporting fresh durians to China
2022
  • Increased registered capital to 20,000,000 baht on May 24, 2022
  • Increased registered capital to 40,000,000 baht on November 30, 2022
  • Relocated the head office to the 101 True Digital Park Building, Sukhumvit Road, Bang Chak Subdistrict, Phra Khanong District, Bangkok
2023
  • Increased registered capital to 60,000,000 baht on May 10, 2023
  • Increased registered capital to 70,000,000 baht on October 2, 2023
  • The company established the NTF Standard “2Q2T” for internal quality control and began planning for trademark registration
2024
  • The company refocused on brand-driven exports, achieving a Top 5 position in the Jiaxing and Guangzhou market
  • Began exporting new types of fruit, including coconuts and rose apples
  • The company reaching total revenue of 1,114 million baht
2025
  • On 18 March 2025, the company increased its registered capital to THB 100 million and converted into a public limited company in preparation for listing on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai)
